The Wytch Folk Market is a one day, outdoor street market. The vendor fee is $75.00.Wytch Folk Market will provide a list of approved vendors to the Township of Centre Wellington prior to the event. You do not need to apply for a permit with them. This permit is included in your vendor fee.Vendors should arrive at least an hour early to set up (event begins at 10am). Vendors must stay open until the event is over. (4pm)Each vendor is responsible for their own tent set up. Vendors supply their own tent and tables. Tents can be no larger than 10′ x10′ and must be weighted down (no stakes or pegs)Please fill out and submit the vendor application form below. Applications are processed as they are received and spots are filling up quickly. Applications will be accepted until we reach capacity or until October 10 2025, whichever comes first.Vendors cannot partner with other vendors or bring in products/vendors that have not been approved by the Wytch Folk Market. All product must be approved by the Wytch Folk Market. We reserve the right to decline unapproved vendors / products on site.Third Party marketing, advertising and promotions are not permitted. Please do not display posters or hand out promotional materials without approval of Wytch Folk Market organizers.Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance to Wytch Folk Market organizers. The COI must identify the following as co-insured:
 - the Town of Centre Wellington (1 MacDonald Square, Elora ON N0B1S0)
 - the Fergus BIA (P.O. Box 381, Fergus On N1M 3E2
 - Wytch Folk Market executives, organizers and volunteersVendors who prepare food or cosmetic items must obtain approval from Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health.Media Policy: any photographs or videos of Wytch Folk Market participants taken at the Market may be posted on websites and/or social media sites, for the purpose of promoting the Market. Images will not be used for any other purpose.
